2.Are you able to hold、delay or combine orders?

We are not able to make changes to orders after they've shipped.

3.Do you offer international shipping?

4.How much is shipping?

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders.

5.How long it will take to receive my order?

Delivery times vary depending on your location. We process our orders within 48 hours. You can generally expect your orders to be delivered within 10 business days, but most of our products are actually delivered within fewer days!

6.What if I need to change my shipping address?

Once the order is shipped, we cannot make any changes. If you have just placed an order, please contact our customer service team.

Returns and Exchanges

3.Who is responsible for the cost of return shipping?

If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. For other returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
